Safety Equipment
The yacht is equipped with all required safety equipment, e.g. PFDs, first aid kit, flares, vhf radio, etc.
Passage making students may wish to bring a Personal Handheld GPS, though this is optional.
Cell Phones and Internet
Cell phones generally work in most areas of the BVI, but roaming charges can be high without an international plan. For example, AT&T offers a $10/day plan. Free Wifi is typically available at resorts and anchorages.
Electronics
If you're bringing electronics, the BVI uses the same 110v as the US. The boat is equipped with an inverter to charge small devices like iPads, laptops, and phones.
Please note, the inverter cannot support high-powered devices like hair dryers!
Snorkel Gear
If you have your own snorkel gear, consider bringing it along. We recommend bringing your own mask to ensure a good fit, but snorkel kits can be provided if needed.
If we don't have what you need then nearby dive shops will be able to fill the gaps!
Please note: Linens and towels (wash cloth, hand towel, 2 bath towels, 1 beach towel pp) are provided.
